I’m writing this from my hotel room in London. It’s a glorious, gorgeous day that had been predicted to be quite rainy and grey. Nope. Sun is shining, streaming through, and I’m sticking to my guns that today is an “inside cat” day filled with self-care as we near the end of my five-week world tour.

My inbox is filled with questions about our new mind-body enoughness mastermind called Expansive Capacity because we were to be in beta by now.

Yes, in my idealistic worldview back in August, we would be able to collect massive data during alpha in September and October (we did) and I would be able to shift everyone into beta for November and December. Yes, I somehow thought I could wedge between my two-week Mediterranean cruise tech hiatus in October and the leaping from Barcelona through Brussels to Berlin for a few days and then on to London for ten more days a set of curriculum pages, a welcome kit, and a first month of content.

Things I didn’t count on: Being human. Duh. Even at my healthiest, five weeks of globetrotting is gonna require more rest and downtime to recover. But I had done the first ten days in New York and the pace was fine! Sure… but just like willpower wanes throughout the day, simple ENERGY depletes over the weeks and what would’ve been do-able at the beginning is tougher by the end. So I’ve needed more recovery than I expected.

Being overbooked. Holy cow! New York and London have been jam-packed full of private coaching! And London included speaking engagements at The Actors Centre and AMAW, plus a filled-to-the-top all-day intensive and an alumni masterclass at RADA with ninjas registering right up ’til the last minute. Believe me, I’m never gonna complain about such a thing! It just meant that my recovery time was spent recovering vs. rolling out Expansive Capacity while in jammies at the hotel.

The eagerness y’all have for getting going on Expansive Capacity. Honestly, this shouldn’t surprise me. It’s been revolutionary in my life to use these tools in combination with one another and as I get faster and more efficient in navigating upper-tier issues (resistance, upper-limit problems) with ease and grace and even joy, of course I want to share this as much as y’all want the guidance in opening up to this new world of tools for becoming unstoppable as your creative career grows! Of course!

Here’s, however, where it gets so clear that Expansive Capacity is teaching me exactly how to launch it by having me role model what it is I’m teaching creatives to agree to, when it comes to navigating a creative life filled with joy.

  • Self-care first. Period.
  • Strategy second.
  • Hustle third, and only when aligned.

So, with that, we’re ready to register those of you who are approved to join us during beta (this simply means that we’re still tweaking things to create what we’ll roll out in 2019 for folks beyond our invited guests; it also means you’re in at half the cost, and we never increase your price once you’re in and staying in).

If you’re hoping to be invited in and haven’t yet filled out the application, it remains here. Have at it!

Questions? Pop ’em in below! I’m soon headed back to Los Angeles and will be getting our first interactive event of Expansive Capacity on the books. I’ll also be guiding you through all the fun personality tests you took as a part of the application process! YES, all of the information you revealed in doing this is how we’re able to help you best *in* the mastermind!

I’m so freakin’ excited, y’all! Thank you for sharing your enthusiasm too!

Let’s DO this!

Oh gosh, Bonnie, I’m so excited about this and totally resonate with these goals:

    Self-care first. Period.
    Strategy second.
Hustle third, and only when aligned.

Bonnie, this is such an amazing offering. I was so eager to jump on board in the beginning phases because it spoke to me on all levels. As much as it pained me, I decided against it. I am new to this business and am starting out at the tender age of 37. For a while, I felt the pressure to read everything and sign up for everything (I signed on for the live GIGNT and still have not finished) because I had to make up for “lost time”. The pressure/stress and ongoing health issues on top of raising 2 tiny humans and sharing a life with an active duty military person made it all so overwhelming. It took me so long to tap into myself and figure out what my purpose was and now the pursuit of that purpose was giving me anxiety. Being a new follower of Abraham Hicks, I have realized that I need to get to a place of alignment. I have been putting the oxygen mask on everyone else for so long, I forgot how to put on my own. I almost felt guilty for wanting to put my own on. I am taking time to tap back into myself. This means resisting the urge to take on more, even if I really want to. Signing up for your new endeavor speaks to me, and I would love to save the $, but if I can’t even devote time to my current obligations, more just seems silly. I am learning to say no and trying to not be in a hurry. Success is on its way, and I need to stop putting roadblocks in my own way. When I do sign up (because who could resist the amazing-ness) it will be the right time. Thank you for being a self-advocate, so I can see what that looks like. You are so loved and appreciated. Thank you!!

    Hello Jennifer,

I’d like to thank you for your – oh so very honest – post. It is inspiring. As I have heard so many times and will now pass on to you – don’t beat yourself up about not completing GIGNT – you already said it, everything happens in its right time.

It is such an interesting concept that doing something wonderful and personal growth material for yourself can be considered a roadblock because you have ‘overbooked’ yourself. And look at you, paying attention and putting what you are learning into immediate practice. Inspiring!

I wish you the very best life has to offer and will be cheering you on during the journey.

Again – thank you for your share,

    Michelle
