“He doesn’t hardly know you guys. He’s not going overseas with you.”

Thanks. That’s great. A long-distance dad loves hearing that from his ex-wife after he’s asked to take his son to Scotland for vacation next year.

Nice. Well done, Jessica. You still know how to kick Keith in the balls.

    I’m so sorry you guys.
Saddest part of all this….the little guy is the one that this hurts the most.
I don’t understand why mum’s don’t get that (or the law for that matter). How ignorant is this? Unbelievable that people can still use children as a weapon, a means to hurt another adult…without any regard at all for the child.
I know in my heart, there is a special place for mother’s who do this to their children…the same place others go who committ crimes against children (and kitties and puppies).
Fortunatley, for now, your little guy won’t know any better…the time will come when he will and I know you guys will be there for him.
I remember when our kids figured out what had gone on for over 10 years and the how devasting the betrayal was (their mother’s betrayal that is). They got past it…however, a stain remains and they will never forget….and hopefully with their children…if they find themselves in that situation, won’t suffer as they did. Break the cycle.
