Starting at SUNRISE wherever you live, Sunday is the Sun’s day. It’s your time to shine!
This is a great day to bask in the sunlight, connect with nature, do yoga outside, get sourced by The Source of all life here on this planet.
Do things that honor the Sun when you find yourself challenged in the visibility department. Meaning, if you’re feeling UNSEEN, you might really benefit from amping up the power of the Sun in your life using some basic planetary remediation.
Chart Harmony is all about taking incredibly complex ancient astrological and numerological concepts and simplifying them into remedies to help you balance your love, abundance, and vitality with ease.
Here are just a few ways to call in the power of the Sun on Sunday (or any day, really… but especially during the Sun’s day).
~ Start your day with a Sun Salutation.
~ Go outside! Be playful. Get frisky! Bask.
~ Wear gold or orange.
~ Light a yellow candle.
~ Lead from your heart.
~ Dance to your favorite song.
~ Eat curry or citrus (or both).
~ Have a turmeric latte or bottomless mimosas (or both).
~ Break out the art supplies and create something.
~ Dress yourself in frankincense oil and strut like the star that you are!
~ Promote yourself! It’s a service to the world that you have something to offer, so proudly SHARE about it.
