   A mixture of Indie and Progressive. I think it was the Pixies question that got me into the former.

   I’m a hybrid of Progressive girl and Girl Next Door. To quote them: “Imagine that the Girl Next Door moved to the big city. Think of Meg Ryan in When Harry Met Sally. She’s America’s sweetheart with an urban sensibility.”

   What a hoot…I read a bit further and guess what!
   everything is right on the money!
   I have a dog rescued from the pound, I have a table top fountain, I don’t ‘own’ a acre of rainforest but worked in one for four years of my life…it owns me! and I filter my water…the only thing not spot on is the Susan Sarandon thing.
   Too funny!
