Okay, so now I need this kind of help:
Look up the interviewees in the book, the photographers who took photos of them for the book, and the good people involved in frontmatter content (that part’s easy: it’s me, Blake, and Tom Fontana), to see whether they have official websites.
Post a comment if you want to do such a thing and I’ll get you a master list and a deadline.
Also would love someone who loves to find names in manuscripts to go through each interview tagging names for the index in the back. I know that one’s a bear, and I’m working on that task too, but I’d love a li’l help from anyone who loves that sort of geeky thing too.
I now see why Courtney said she feels like a private investigator, being a copy editor. I’m actually having mini-celebrations every time I find a typo to fix. It’s like, “A-ha! I caught you, you bastid!”
